The word Schiacchetiello<\/strong> is almost an unpronounceable tongue twister\u2026 to tell the truth we don\u2019t even know what it means. But try typing this word on Google: the first thing that you see will be videos and photos of a crystal clear water and quiet.<\/p>\n

Schiacchetiello<\/strong> is located precisely in front of the islet of Punta Pennata<\/strong>, in Bacoli<\/strong> a seaside area near Naples frequented by young people and also by many families. You will probably find his name on a list of the quietest beaches in Naples<\/em>, “but you should know that it is really only because the beach is really tiny; placed inside a cove, it is between rocks of tuff<\/em> and bathed by clear waters of a delicate emerald green . You reach this little corner of paradise on foot or from the Mirabilis Pool<\/strong><\/a>by boat, crossing all the beauty of submerged Bay.<\/p>\n

We were born here, we have always lived here but to be honest about Schiacchetiello<\/strong> we had never heard of\u2026 then one Sunday morning, still in bed, swiftly scrolling the home of Facebook, a short video jumps to our eyes: shows for a few seconds this small quiet bay .<\/p>\n

We decide to find out more about this place and we do it the same afternoon. Riding our scooter (for us the best way to move to Naples)<\/em>, we walk along the roads that skirt the sea and then enter the historic center of Bacoli.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We don\u2019t know much about this area, the navigator guides us along with some indications of the inhabitants of Bacoli<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A lady informs us that to get to Schiacchetiello it is necessary to park and continue on foot along a small path that descends towards the sea.<\/p>\n

The road is steep and surrounded by weeds, but not too difficult to cross\u2026 from here we can already see the sea. At the end of the little path, we hear some music coming from the only restaurant present, It\u2019s the creek<\/strong><\/a><\/em>. We look around and for a moment we have the impression of having arrived in a small Greek tavern.<\/p>\n

The tiny pier is blue and contrasts with the white chairs of the restaurant. The warm wind gently swings some colorful flower pots. A fleet of boats is moored in this sea that looks like a board. Some guys still get sun on the smooth tuff rocks while we enjoy the sunset with a beer.<\/em> It is a moment of absolute relax and we enjoy it in this small and hidden corner of paradise.<\/p>\n

This place reminds us so much of the wharf restaurants seen in Ammoudi bay!<\/strong><\/a>We breathe Greece everywhere here and about Greece, it seems that the Schiacchetiello<\/strong> had also conquered one of the most imprtant \u201ctraveler\u201d, Ulisse<\/strong>, who landed in this creek, was in love\u2026 just like us.<\/p>\n
