Body & Lips Scrub<\/h2>\n

Hello everyone and Welcome back or Welcome to the blog. In this new post I want to share with you 2 of my favorite scrubs,<\/em> one for the body and the other for the lips.<\/p>\n

The body scrub<\/em> has a beautiful, fresh and summery scent, as we will use orange and lemon zest and it will be perfect to prepare the skin for summer tan.<\/p>\n

The second scrub<\/em>, the one for the lips, we can always use it, especially now that, given the continuous changes in temperature, they dry the lips terribly. I can assure you that I use this product a lot and it is a real cure-all for my lips that always tend to crack. I just massage it a few minutes and the skins disappear.<\/p>\n

Ingredients for BODY SCRUB:<\/em><\/h1>\n

– grated zest of 1 orange;<\/p>\n

– grated zest of 1\/2 lemon;<\/p>\n

– 6 teaspoons of sugar;<\/p>\n

– 6 teaspoons of coarse salt;<\/p>\n

– 3 teaspoons rice oil;<\/p>\n

– 2 teaspoons of honey.<\/p>\n

Ingredients for the Body Scrub:<\/h1>\n

– grated rind of 1 orange;<\/em><\/p>\n

– grated rind of 1\/2 lemon;<\/em><\/p>\n

– 6 teaspoons of sugar;<\/em><\/p>\n

– 6 teaspoons salt;<\/em><\/p>\n

– 3 teaspoons of rice oil;<\/em><\/p>\n

– 2 honey teaspoons.<\/em><\/p>\n

Add sugar and salt and stir.<\/p>\n

Combine sugar and salt and mix. <\/em><\/p>\n

Join the lemon zest and orange zest and stir.<\/p>\n

Merge the lemon zest and that of orange and mix.<\/em><\/p>\n

Now mix all the ingredients<\/p>\n

Mix all the ingredients<\/em><\/p>\n

Add the honey to the ingredients and stir.<\/p>\n

Merge the honey to the ingredients and mix.<\/em><\/p>\n

And finally join the rice oil and mix everything.<\/p>\n

Ingredients for LIP SCRUB<\/i>:<\/h1>\n

– 3 teaspoons full of sugar;<\/p>\n

– 2 teaspoons full of cinnamon;<\/p>\n

– 3 teaspoons of honey.<\/p>\n

Ingredients for the lips scrub :<\/h1>\n

– 3 spoons full of sugar;<\/em><\/p>\n

– 2 spoons full of cinnamon;<\/em><\/p>\n

– 3 honey teaspoons.<\/em><\/p>\n

Add the sugar to the cinnamon.<\/p>\n

Combine sugar with cinnamon.<\/em><\/p>\n

Pour the honey and stir everything.<\/p>\n

Put the honey and mix everything.<\/em><\/p>\n

Scrubs are stored for about 1 week, but remember not to let them come into contact with water.<\/em><\/p>\n
