Here we are with a new recipe for Valentine’s Day, always delicious and fast and then.. we like finger food to die for, so we made lasagna baskets inspired by a fantastic Galbani recipe.<\/strong><\/a> Let’s see what we need right away…<\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n

lasagna puff pastry<\/em><\/p>\n

Sauce <\/em><\/p>\n

mozzarella or spinning cheese<\/em><\/p>\n

Parmesan<\/em><\/p>\n

muffin pirouettes<\/em><\/p>\n

So, for meat sauce you can prepare it in advance or use a ready sauce. Then, put to heat salted water in a pot and boil, soak your lasagna sheets so that they soften but not too much.<\/p>\n

Cut the seared sheets into smaller rectangles and arrange them in muffin pirouettes, ours are made of very comfortable silicone. You have to create a perfect base for baskets. Pour a first layer of sauce into the sauce. Now put a few pieces of mozzarella or spinning cheese that you have diced. A new layer of gravy and then a nice sprinkg of parmesan. All you have to do is place the lasagna baskets on a baking tray. It only takes 20-25 minutes in the oven at 180\u00b0 for the baskets to be fully cooked. The lasagna baskets are really nice as well as excellent and to put it all we have tested them several times for dinners with friends that we like so much and of course they have been a success, also because, to us Italians, lasagna drive them crazy. I am a very appetizing finger food and above all fast to prepare. They do not require special chef skills for their composition are very simple as you will have seen. Try them absolutely this weekend or for Valentine’s Dinner, do we bet they will be a pleasant surprise?<\/p>\n
