Out a new lockdown in sight, some rainy or too cold days … a mad desire to organize a picnic (you already know how much we like them!)<\/em><\/a><\/strong>. So why not take the opportunity to organize a picnic at home?
“How do you say? A picnic at home?”<\/em> you are wondering! Sure! It is a nice idea for a romantic evening different from the usual, to spend a cheerful afternoon with the children and not to feel “trapped” as already happened with the March 2020 Lockdown.<\/p>

Have I convinced you? Well then I’ll explain how to organize a romantic and cheerful Picnic at home.<\/p>

Plaid on the floor and it’s immediately a picnic<\/strong><\/p>

The real Picnic is done strictly on the ground, even at home! A giant plaid<\/strong> or more blankets is enough to sit as if we were on a lawn.
One more idea to be comfortable? lots of pillows that also create a romantic bohemian atmosphere.<\/p>

Picnic basket<\/strong><\/p>

It’s no picnic without a classic wicker basket!<\/strong>
We looked for a lot of them but in the end our choice fell on the beautiful ones of the French companyles jardins de la comtesse.<\/a><\/em>

Ideal for couples, this elegant basket already includes: ceramic plates, metal cutlery, glass glasses, metal cups, corkscrews, salt and pepper and finally also the waste bag. I can’t wait to use it for the first spring trips too! On the site you will find really many even for 4 or six people.<\/p>

Now let’s move on to food! We are at home and we can really indulge ourselves with the imagination: from finger food recipes, to classic sandwiches.

If you are lucky enough to have a fireplace … well turn it on! There is nothing more romantic than a bottle of red to toast, watching the sinuous, romantic and hypnotic movement of fire.<\/p>
