Did you know that the baths of Merano are open until 10 p.m.? <\/strong>It almost seems like a dream to think that you can end the day, pampering yourself among the thermal waters and the treatments offered by this structure.
\nThanks to theHotel Westend,<\/strong><\/a>we returned to the merano spa<\/strong><\/a> and this time we tried the evening experience.
\nWe chose Sunday night to live three hours of pure relaxation and prepare mind and body for the return trip the following day.<\/p>\n

The evening environment is certainly very different: fewer children, many couples of all ages and groups of boys and girls flock to the spa.<\/p>\n

Already around 20:00, the turnout decreases<\/strong> and there are few left between the pools and the rooms for the various treatments that you can try, even the relaxation rooms are mostly empty.<\/p>\n

We started our beauty night, spending about 15 minutes inside the steam room<\/strong>: in the dark room the temperature is around 40\/45 degrees and the steam dilates the pores and stretches the muscles.<\/p>\n

After this preparation treatment we immediately chose our favorite outdoor pool with saline water<\/strong> and a temperature of about 35 degrees: 5 minutes of cervical jet and then about 10 minutes in the exclusive outdoor pool with whirlpool<\/strong> at a temperature of about 37 degrees.<\/p>\n

Finally, always externally the pool that we could call vortex, the pool against the current for about 15 minutes.<\/p>\n

After 10 minutes of relaxation on one of the loungers, we enjoyed the indoor pool at 37 degrees and 90 cm deep with an additional whirlpool session of about 5 minutes.<\/p>\n

We also advise you to try the saltwater inhalation room,<\/strong>for at least 10 minutes: these are in fact very suitable for cleaning the respiratory system and often recommended for children.<\/p>\n

As we have mentioned, the Baths of Merano also give you the opportunity to book exclusive treatments, exfoliants and massages with<\/strong> typical products of the region such as the bath in hay or honey treatments.<\/p>\n

Inside the Spa you will also find a shop, in case you forget your swimsuit, slippers, headphones and also the site you can rent towels for the day.<\/p>\n

However, whether in the evening or during the day, a few hours at the spa is an unmissable experience to indulge in in your stay in Merano.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
