the tortilla a more precise shape.<\/p><p><em>Warning: For the shape, do not press with the lid but use it only as a shape and shape it with the knife.<\/em><\/p><p>Cook the tortillas in a hot class=\"wp-block-heading\">HOW TO STUFF THEM<\/h2><p>You can actually stuff the tacos as you like, but you can also take your cue from here. That&#8217;s what you need.<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>300g minced meat<\/li><li>A spoonful of tabasco<\/li><li>Paprika<\/li><li>Chili<\/li><li>Lettuce<\/li><li>Shallots<\/li><li>Cherry tomatoes<\/li><li>Lemon<\/li><li>Oil<\/li><li>Salt<\/li><\/ul><p><em>Optional: yogurt sauce<\/em><\/p><p>Cook the minced meat with a pinch of salt and halfway through cooking add a tabasco cucchaio, a sprinkling of paprika and ground chilli. Finish cooking.<\/p><p>Cut the lettuce and shallots into strips and season with oil, salt and lemon.<br><\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" small cubes and season these with salt and lemon oil.<\/p><p>At this point, top your tacos and add a little yogurt sauce at the end, which dampens the spicy and acidity and refresh the
