In Lecce<\/a> we were guests of the President hotel,<\/strong>a 4-star hotel in the city centre and this is as usual our review of the property and the story of our experience.<\/p>\n

The property is the business hotel of the hotel brand of Lecce Vestas Hotels & Resorts,<\/strong> a group to which belongs the famous Risorgimento Hotel, 5 luxury stars in Piazza Sant’Oronzo. ThePresident hotel<\/strong> is located on Salandra Street, about a 10-minute walk from the old town and is a hotel born in the 70s as also demonstrated by the rooms, which have maintained some features of the hotel facilities of that period.<\/p>\n

The hotel lobby is spacious and spacious, the concergies are always very helpful and kind. On the ground floor there is the large breakfast room that in the morning offers a wide choice of salty foods, sweet and typical of the Puglia tradition such as the delicious pastries. Our second floor room is quite large. The sleeping area is spacious, there is a large wardrobe in which to store practically everything, but also a large desk and large bedside tables. Within the same environment there is also a small seating area, with a sofa, coffee table and armchair… ideal for us who worked on the PC even in this short weekend. There is also a flat-screen television, a safe-deposit box and a well-stocked minibar with very accessible prices. Don’t worry, to survive the Lecce summer heat, the room is also equipped with an air conditioner.<\/p>\n

The bathroom is also quite large, with a large mirror, bathtub and a complete courtesy kit. We are not lovers of carpeting so only this could be the negative note of the room for us.<\/p>\n

As we had already mentioned the hotel carries with it many vintage elements, such as the wire-spreading keys next to the nightstands or the phone booths in the lobby. The hotel has many conference rooms and also a guarded parking lot at a cost of 10 euros per day. Also try the Myosotis restaurant which always offers a menu of typical Apulian dishes at around 18 euros.<\/p>\n

The President hotel also has a massage center, which you can take advantage of by making an appointment with the professional masseur Andrea Primiceri<\/span>. <\/b><\/p>\n

Of course, the WI-FI is available throughout the facility and completely free of charge.<\/p>\n

Our judgment for thehotel President<\/strong> is totally positive, first of all for a question of price that is very honest, considering it is a 4 **** hotel and, on their OFFICIAL WEBSITE<\/a><\/strong>, you find some really convenient promotions.
